Q: What are your shipping & delivery costs?
A: Please find here with our up-to-date shipping costs:

Local Singapore Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery (2-4 working days): SG$2.99
  • Express Delivery (1-2 working days): SG$6
  • Same Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2pm, orders placed during non-working days or after 2pm on a working day will be processed on the next working day): SG$25

  • Standard Delivery is free for order(s) above SG$60
  • Express Delivery is free for order(s) above SG$100

All estimated delivery timeframes are calculated in working days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2:00pm on a working day
will be processed on the next working day. In these case, express/same day delivery timeframes commence from the next working day.

Malaysia (West) Delivery:
Standard Delivery: Starting from SG$10

At KINDER DREAMS, we aim to deliver your order to you within 1 to 3 (Singapore) and 3 to 5 (Malaysia), working days or from the date of order. The delivery time estimate depends on our courier partners’ dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.

International Delivery

For international orders, please email us to get a quote before placing orders. We give the most reasonable shipping rates with no profit in mind. Shipping for international orders is done once payment is cleared.

Q: Do I need to pay to have my order redelivered after a failed delivery?
A: Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don’t worry, we’ll make an additional delivery attempt to deliver your order at no cost (local delivery only)! 
If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call.
A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
